Enrollments are confirmed once payment is received in full or as per the agreed payment plan.

Refunds are only applicable under specific circumstances mentioned below and are subject to verification.

Before Course Start:

Full refund (minus payment gateway charges, if any) will be provided if a cancellation request is made at least 3 days before the course begins.

After Course Start:

Within the first 2 sessions, a 50% refund may be granted if there is a valid reason and written request.

No refunds will be granted after the third session.

Technical Issues:

If a student is unable to attend due to verified technical issues from our side, a make-up class or credit voucher will be provided.

🏫 3. Offline (In-Person) Courses

Before Course Start:

A full refund if cancelled 3 or more days before the start date

After Course Start:

Within the first 2 sessions, a 50% refund may be granted if there is a valid reason and written request.

No refunds will be issued after the first week of classes.

Special Cases:

Medical or emergency cases will be reviewed individually upon submission of valid proof.

Online Payments (Card/QR):

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cash Payments:

Refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer or institute cheque within 10 business days.

  • No-shows or students who fail to attend without prior notice.
  • Accessed more than 20% of online course content.
  • Digital downloads, course materials, or certificates already issued.
  • Discounted or promotional packages (unless otherwise stated).
