Enrollments are confirmed once payment is received in full or as per the agreed payment plan.
Refunds are only applicable under specific circumstances mentioned below and are subject to verification.

Full refund (minus payment gateway charges, if any) will be provided if a cancellation request is made at least 3 days before the course begins.
Within the first 2 sessions, a 50% refund may be granted if there is a valid reason and written request.
No refunds will be granted after the third session.
If a student is unable to attend due to verified technical issues from our side, a make-up class or credit voucher will be provided.
